Refund/Cancellation Policy

On our Bone Reconstruction platform, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that, due to the digital nature of our training and the subscription model, the traditional "product return" policy does not apply. Therefore, our Subscription and Access Policy focuses on ensuring that you have the best possible experience. 

Access to Training 

By subscribing to our service (annual or monthly), you will have immediate access to all available training on the platform. There is no need to send or return physical items. 

Free Trial Period 

We offer a 7-day free trial period so you can explore the content of our platform without any commitment. During this period, you will have full access to all training. 

Billing and Cancellation 

On the 8th day, if you have not canceled your subscription, the charge for the chosen plan (annual or monthly) will be automatically processed. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period or after the charge, directly in your account settings on the platform. Cancellations made after the charge will ensure your access until the end of the current billing cycle (month or year), and no new charges will be made. 

No Refund Policy 

Considering that we offer a 7-day free trial period for you to evaluate the platform and that access to our training is digital and immediate after the charge, we do not provide cash refunds for subscriptions that have already been charged. The cancellation option is always available to prevent future charges. 

Content with Defects or Technical Issues 

If you identify any defects in the course material (audio issues, corrupted videos, inaccessible files, etc.) or encounter technical problems that prevent access to the platform's content, we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly. 

In these cases, please contact our technical support immediately via email contato@reconstrucaoossea.com, describing the problem in detail. We will make the necessary corrections and ensure your access to the content in perfect condition. 

Exceptional Cases 

Exceptional situations will be analyzed individually by our team. To do this, please contact us via email contato@reconstrucaoossea.com presenting your request and the reasons for consideration. 

Important Notes: 

Proof of Subscription: For any request (cancellation, technical issue, or exceptional case), it may be necessary to present proof of your subscription. 

Analysis Period: We will do our best to respond to your requests within 5 business days.
