• Exposure of the Reinsertion Site: Visualization of the radial tuberosity with full forearm supination, exposing the biceps avulsion site.
• Tendon Preparation and Suture: Triangular shaping of the tendon end to facilitate introduction. Suture with Arthrex material, slightly taut for stability.
