Humeral Shaft

Technical execution of the treatment of diaphyseal humeral fractures, with an emphasis on intramedullary rod and bridge plate techniques. The anatomical exposure respects the muscular planes, with identification and protection of the radial nerve. We demonstrate the use of the image intensifier, the dynamic choice of implants during the surgical procedure, and the control of reduction and synthesis with safety and precision.
