• Reproducible femoral sequence with acoustic criterion of "cortical adhesion" to standardize the progression of the reamers and implantation of the stem;
• Dynamic validation protocol with bending tests >90° and internal rotation, tissue tension adjustment and length verification before final reduction;
• An efficient exposure system (Hohmann + posts) that speeds up access and minimizes soft tissue trauma, with closure of the iliotibial tract in abduction.
