• Creation of Accesses and Tunnels: Creation of medial and lateral portals in the clavicle for bridge approach. Use of osteotome for dissection and creation of subperiosteal tunnel.
• Reduction and Fixation of Clavicle Fracture: Methodology for maintaining reduction with digital manipulation. Systematic sequence of screw insertion for primary stability, with verification of segmental alignment.
• Approach to the Coracoid Process: Access and positioning of retractors for optimization of exposure.
