• Access and Exposure: A small portal on the olecranon with a single section and periosteal detachment, allowing for clean dissection and exploration of the entire fracture for reduction reference.
• Provisional Reduction and Planning: Reduction assisted by forceps and fixation with Kirschner wire. Anatomical verification with the "fracture teeth." Planning for a second mini-access for distal screws.
• Tunnel Subperiosteal and Plate Passage: Dissection between extensor and flexor muscles to create a tunnel and introduce the long plate.
• Fixation of the Plate: Start with an eccentric dynamic screw for compression, followed by provisional intramedullary fixation. Replacement with locked screws subchondral for greater strength. The drill system streamlines the procedure.
