Surgeries for diaphyseal fractures of the radius and ulna using anatomical techniques that avoid muscle cuts and respect the bone curvatures. We demonstrate the restoration of three-dimensional anatomy, control of rotation, assembly of the surgical table, and the use of compression plates or bridge plates for rigid and stable fixation.
