Tibia Diaphysis

Complete surgical training for the treatment of diaphyseal tibia fractures, demonstrating approaches via transpatellar and suprapatellar routes. We teach the ideal positioning of the patient and the image intensifier, reduction techniques using levers, application of intramedullary rods or plates, and associations of implants with biomechanical logic. Classes focused on the active involvement of the assistant, organization of the surgical field, and surgical control through anatomical planes.
